FAQ

How many days in advance should I book my photo tour?

There is no limit of people who can participate in the shoot, so there can be as many people as you want. ¡The more the better!

But if you have 6 or more people in your group, you will need to book one hour at least. And for groups of 12 or more people, we recommend booking a 90 minute or even a 2 hour shoot, so that you can get all the pictures you deserve.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

No problem! Just notify us by email, text or phone in advance of your shoot time. If you only wish to reschedule, you can do so with more than 6 hours in advance, with no extra cost, but if you wish to cancel it:

More than 6 hours – 90% refund
Less than 6 hours – no refund will be issued (barring an emergency!) 


What happens if I don’t make it to my photo tour?

There are no reimbursements issued for not showing up (with the exceptions of emergency situations or unexpected circumstances).


I’m running late! How will this affect my photo tour?

If you are running late, call or text me as soon as possible. Bare in mind that it is possible that me might have an other shoot scheduled, and if this were the case he might not be able to stay for longer, although he will try to stay as long as possible.

We recommend keeping in touch with me and arriving early in order to avoid traffic or any other unexpected circumstances.

  • If you arrive late to your shoot, the time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining amount of time.
  • If you wish to extend your photo tour beyond the original scheduled time, any additional time will be charged. Rates for additional time start at €150/hour and vary by destination.

What happens if it’s raining on the day of my photo tour?

Whether it is raining or there is a storm going on, the shoot must go on! Besides the possibility of exploring the city in a different way, our tours resist bad weather.

But we are reasonable, so if you wish to shoot with nicer weather you only have to reschedule your tour, without any extra cost, as long as me is available, just text us, call us or email us.


We are having such a great time! Can we extend our photo shoot?

The fun can continue! As long as me is available, you can easily pay for the extra time.
Rates for additional time start at €150/hour.


Do I own the rights of my photos?

The pictures are yours, so you can do with them as you wish. Share them with the world, publish them, print them or hang them on the wall. You can’t however alter them, resell them, or get any kind of profit from them. Gabriel Navas keep authors rights on the pictures.

Will I receive all of the unedited photos or raw files?

The magic only starts with the shoot and ends once you receive the pictures, and in between there is the editing process.


In what format and size are the photos delivered?

Your high-resolution photos will be delivered in .jpg format with a size of 3300x2203px with a minimum of 5MB/photo.


How will the photos be delivered?

We will send you a link with your customized private gallery by email.


Will I be able to contact or chat with me?

Yes, once the booking is confirmed. I will contact you via email o whatsapp if you booked it through our website or chat in real-time with you through whatsapp.


Can I split my package time in different days?

Unfortunately the packages are bought for one photo session. If you want two days of shoots, you will have to two separate packages, one for each day.
